Express Shipping Australia wide - $15.95
Free Local pickup available for Northern Beaches NSW.

Dispatch Times:
We will start working on your order as soon as it's received.
Please be advised that being a home based business, we have limited stock on our "shelves" so it's likely that your order will be handmade to order. We aim to have everything complete and on it's way to you within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Times:

Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia.
For a shipping estimate, visit the Australia Post website and enter ‘2095’ Manly in the 'From' field.
To fast track your shipping, we recommend selecting the Express shipping option at checkout which usually takes 1-3 business days (depending on your location).
RETURNS
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong product.

Faulty or Damaged Products:

Whilst every care is taken when packing your order for delivery, sometimes thing go wrong.
If the item delivered is not what you ordered, or is deemed faulty, or was damaged in transit, we will work with you to either refund you, or organise a replacement.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items, with photos of damages, or other supporting information.

Please note: All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Any claim sent to us after this time period may not be honoured.
