The spaces I hold are prepared in advance and set aside especially for you. These guidelines simply help keep things flowing smoothly for everyone.
Booking & Deposits
A deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your session, with the remaining balance payable at your appointment.
Rescheduling or Cancelling
Life can shift unexpectedly, and sometimes appointments need to change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Changes made within 12 hours of your appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.
• Missed appointments will be invoiced for the full session amount, less any deposit already paid
If something unexpected arises, please reach out — open communication is always welcome.
Session Packages
Packages are designed to support continuity while still allowing flexibility.
• Packages of up to 6 sessions are valid for 6 months from purchase.
• Larger packages are valid for 12 months.
• Extensions may be granted at the owner’s discretion if circumstances arise.
• Please refer to your specific package details at time of purchase for validity periods.
